Tony, the owner & founder of Shear Experience has been a stylist for over 45 years. In 1978 is when the salon opened on the main strip on Byron! He then moved Shear 1988 to the location it still stands on today, 328 Glenrose Drive.

Natasha, a talented stylist, has devotedly worked at Shear Experience for nine years. Her strong dedication and wide expertise in so many different styles have firmly established her as a key member of our team!

Devyn, another very talented & precise hairstylist whom has been with Shear for 5 years now. Her attention to detail & creating hair of her clients dreams, has gotten her to where she is today & has certainly made her mark here!

Ashley, our newest member, has been here for 3 years & enjoys every day at the salon. Continuing to keep up on education & passion has made her a strong asset to Shear. Doing everything with intention & attention to detail.
